Here at Black Cat Motorcycle Clothing our priority is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please feel free to return your goods within 7 days of the purchase date. We are happy to exchange, issue a credit note or refund the amount paid in full for any reason without any hassle.. Any item (with the exception of HELMETS) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned unused, in as new condition, in its original packaging or box with all tags and labels intact and a valid receipt. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt. For Returns please telephone 01245-290377 and a member of staff will guide through the easy returns procedure. All postage costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer, the customer is also responsible for the items until they reach us in the condtion desribed above. Where customers are sending goods back ordered in error in exchange for a different item due to the wrong item/size/colour being ordered or a change of mind the customer will incurr the postal or courier costs involved in sending out the second items requested. Returned goods must be adequately packed, they must arrive in as new condition. Black Cat Motorcycle Clothing wiil not be held responsible for returned goods damaged whilst in transit or the postage costs involved in sending the said items. Once the goods have been received by us the refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
