Helmets

1. Helmets are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable; please ensure you are completely satisfied with the size, fit, condition and colour of your helmet before purchasing. Due to safety reasons once the helmet has left the premises the above condition applies. This does not affect your statutory rights.

                                                             Returns Policy

1. We will exchange or issue a credit note for any item (including those purchased in error) returned to us within 7 days from the date of purchase providing the goods are unused and in the original packaging with labels attached. All goods returned must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. We reserve the right to decline any exchange after 7 days unless faulty.
2. Any goods purchased in error can be exchanged, a credit note issued or a full  refund offered. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for exchanging goods purchased in error. All goods to be returned must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.
3. If any item is being returned due to a fault of the product we require the original proof of purchase receipt along with a description of the fault. Any items found to be faulty will be repaired or alternatively exchanged or replaced if a repair is not possible (exact replacement where possible). Items will be replaced as soon as we have relevant stocks.
4. All goods returned by post must be adequately packed, they must arrive in as new condition and in the original packaging with labels attached. Black Cat will not be responsible for returned goods damaged while in transit or the cost of postage for retuning said items.
5. Any goods returned in an unfit state will not be covered by the manufactures warranty and Black Cat will decline any warranty claim or exchange for those goods.
6. If retuned faulty items are found after testing by Black Cat or the manufacturer to be in good and correct working order or the fault does not lie with Black Cat then we reserve the right to charge a handling charge. Any return postage costs for these goods will be the responsibility of the customer. 
7. Manufactures warranties for all goods purchased are one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
